Instead, the Bank brings to you easy accessibility to your cash requirements, wherever convenient.

It will now enable you to

  • Withdraw cash 24*7 at any ATM in NFS network.
  • Make ONLINE Purchases as well as Pay all Utility Bills.
  • Access your Bank account from anywhere in India at ATMs.
  • Generate statement of transactions in your account.
  • Find out balance available in your account.

Validity: Your RuPay EMV Debit Card is valid for a period of 5 years initially.

Charges of non-maintenance of Minimum Balance ₹100 per month + GST
Transactions at all CCBL/ other Bank ATMs First 5 transactions (Financial and Non Financial) in a month free, subject to a maximum of 3 transactions (Financial & Non Financial) in 6 metro locations. Thereafter Rs. 21/- + GST for Financial Transaction and Rs. 10/- + GST for Non Financial Transaction

ATM Cum Debit Card Security Instructions by Customers
एटीएम सह डेबिट कार्ड सुरक्षा निर्देशो की ग्राहक द्वारा स्वीकृति

  • Memorize your PIN. Do not write it down anywhere, and certainly never on the card itself.
    अपना पिन याद करें। इसे कहीं भी न लिखें, और निश्चित रूप से कार्ड पर कभी भी नहीं।
  • Never share your debit card number, expiry date, CVV, verification code, OTP, ATM PIN information with anyone, even if they claim to be bank employee, not even with your friends or family. Change your PIN regularly.
    कभी भी अपने डेबिट कार्ड की संख्या, एक्सपायरी डेट, CVV, वैरिफिकेशन कोड, OTP, ATM पिन की जानकारी किसी के साथ शेयर न करें, भले ही वे बैंक का कर्मी होने का दावा करें, अपने दोस्तों या परिवार को भी नहीं। अपना पिन नियमित रूप से बदलें।
  • Do not conduct any transaction if you find any unusual device connected to your ATM machine.
    यदि आप अपने एटीएम मशीन से जुड़ा कोई भी असामान्य उपकरण देखते हैं, तो कोई लेनदेन न करें।
  • Stand close to the ATM machine and use your body and hand to shield the keypad as you enter the PIN. Beware of strangers around the ATM who try to engage you in any conversation.
    एटीएम मशीन के करीब खड़े हों और पिन डालते ही कीपैड को ढकने के लिए अपने शरीर और हाथ का उपयोग करें। एटीएम के आसपास अजनबियों से सावधान रहें जो आपको किसी भी बातचीत में शामिल करने की कोशिश करते हैं।
  • Press the 'Cancel' key and wait for the welcome screen before moving away from the ATM. Remember to take your card and transaction slip with you.
    एटीएम से दूर जाने से पहले 'रद्द करें' कुंजी दबाएं और स्वागत स्क्रीन का इंतजार करें। अपने कार्ड और ट्रांजेक्शन स्लिप को अपने साथ रखना न भूलें।
  • Do not take help from strangers for using the ATM card or handling your cash.
    एटीएम कार्ड का उपयोग करने या अपनी नकदी को संभालने के लिए अजनबियों की मदद न लें।
  • If you get a transaction slip, shred it immediately after use if not needed.
    यदि आपको ट्रांजेक्शन स्लिप मिलती है, तो जरूरत न होने पर उपयोग के तुरंत बाद इसे नष्ट कर दें।
  • If your ATM card is lost or stolen, report it to your bank immediately.
    यदि आपका एटीएम कार्ड खो जाता है या चोरी हो जाता है, तो इसकी सूचना तुरंत अपने बैंक को दें।
  • Register your mobile number with the Bank to get alerts for your transactions.
    अपने लेनदेन के लिए अलर्ट प्राप्त करने के लिए बैंक के साथ अपना मोबाइल नंबर पंजीकृत करें।
  • If your card gets stuck in the ATM, or if cash is not dispensed after you keying in a transaction, call your bank immediately.
    अगर आपका कार्ड एटीएम में फंस जाता है, या लेन-देन में कुंजी लगाने के बाद नकदी नहीं निकलती है, तो तुरंत अपने बैंक को कॉल करें।
  • If you have any complaint about your ATM/Debit card transaction at an ATM, you must take it up with the bank.
    यदि आपको एटीएम में अपने एटीएम / डेबिट कार्ड के लेनदेन के बारे में कोई शिकायत है, तो आपको इसे बैंक के पास ले जाना चाहिए।
